This company continues to call our police department and asks to speak to the Chief. When our Administrative Asst. asks what it is in reference to they say they want to run a few things by him. They have been advised many times the Chief is not who they need to speak with and they are also asked to not call again and they continue. DO NOT do business with this company!
I was relatively happy with my order. It arrived earlier than expected and the cups were of ok quality. I personally don't think they are worth the price that is being charged but it's a great gift to give none the less. However, the problem I experienced happened when one of my employees opened her gift (a cup with a saying on it relating to teachers) and it was a saying for a nurses assistant. Not the biggest deal in the world. Luckily I had an extra one that was correct that I just exchanged with my employee. When I emailed Positive Promotions to let them know of the mistake they never responded. I then followed up a few weeks later with another email asking for a correction and they still haven't responded. They got their money and now don't care about correcting a mistake they made. Very disappointing.

Do not order anything from Positive Promotions. I ordered 82 tumblers on April 23. They charged my card on April 30. They guarantee quick delivery. On May 12, I called and emailed when my order still hadn't arrived. I spent hours trying to get someone on the phone and track down my order. They finally told me that they were receiving 300 units and I would have them this week. The WRONG order arrived yesterday. Today, when I called, they have no record of my last call. They said the computer automatically changed my order and they could not refund me until they received my order back. Now, it's too late to place an order with a reputable company. I will never order from them, again.
I have used them before and never had an issue. THis time, we were told the items were in stock and would arrive in plenty of time before we planned to present them to the group...we are now a week past their recognition week with nothing to give them. Ordered a month before the date needed and assured they would be here. Now they won't return calls or emails. I am an unhappy customer and after seeing these other reviews, I should not be surprised...wish I had seen these before ordering...
We contacted Positive promotions to get items for lab week. We were assured that these items would get to us on time. The week before they were supposed to arrive, we get an email from a random employee saying 90% of our items placed was out of stock. I asked her (Gladys) if she could give me dates of when they will be in stock, a guarantee in hand date. She provided those. We never received half of the items and it has been over a month since our event is over. to top it off, they (Gladys or Terence) decided to send us 2 items that we never even ordered and charged us for it. So we all customer service and they transfer me to a manager who still hasnt called back. At this point we want a refund of the items not received and a discount for the incorrect items that was sent that we never asked for. Beware of this company! The reviews on them are true and they are horrible.
Terrible!! I order stuff ahead of time for Nurses Week. They shipped my order after Nurses week. It is frustrating because you cannot check your status online unable to get customer service.
BEWARE! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS AND I'M STILL WAITING ON MY PRODUCTS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE HERE TODAY! I CALL, I EMAIL AND NOTHING! PLEASE DO BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS COMPANY IS BAD AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!
ABSOLUTELY NOT ONE THING "POSITIVE" about my ordering experience. Takes twenty minutes to get customer service, then you're put on hold again. Needed gifts for Mothers day. Ordered three weeks prior, to find a week before that my order was still being processed. Wasn't even in stock! No email from the company saying it wouldn't make it in time. No phone call, no anything!! $200.00 order for a group of women that won't arrive before Mothers day!! Do not order from this company. Until they hire better management, marketing, and whom ever they need to make this business run properly,, go elsewhere and save yourself the headache!! I cancelled my order and ordered from a different company paying double for express shipping to get gifts before Mothers day. Now I wait to see if "Positive Promotions" refunds my money!
I wish I could give a negative star. Our Church ordered items for both Mother's Day and Father's Day. I ordered the items at the beginning of April. I have been checking the order status on line and it says it is in process. It is 1 week away and was to be delivered no later than May 7th. Plenty of time, everything was in stock, they even offered to bill the church. I called today and find out that the order has been cancelled! How, why, and who cancelled it? The children took the time to pick out the gifts, why does it still say it is in processing? "We (Positive Promotions) cancelled the order saying that they tried to reach me by email and phone. I was never called and nor did I receive an email. It is checked daily. I got the "I'm sorry, but the items you ordered are out of stock now, so we won't be able to fill the order and at this point we can't get anything to you until after Mothers Day. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE service and customer support. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone.
Absolutely horrible company. I bought coolers and personalized mugs from this place in November for my office Christmas party. It took them two weeks to even confirm the order. I got the coolers, terrible quality. I was embarrassed to hand them out. As for the mugs, I get an email A WEEK before the party to approve the proof for the personalized mugs. I responded immediately approving them and said I needed them by 12/17. The day before my party there are still no mugs, so I go check my order status on the website. Under the mugs it says it's still waiting approval on the mugs. So what was the point in the email approving the proof? No where in the email did it say to approve online. They JUST sent the mugs today, 12/22, after the party of course and almost a week after I approved the proof online. Do NOT order from this place, the quality is horrible and they have terrible customer service.
We had a terrible experience. We placed a company order on 12/2/20, promised to received items in 7-10 business days. We the received a call on 12/15/20 to inform us we would received the items on 12/21/20. Checked on the order on 12/18/20, was informed we would receive the order on 1/9/2021. These were employee appreciation items to be presented on 12/23/20. Items were completely paid for up front. as required on 12/2/20. We are extremely disappointed.

Wish I could give a negative star. Horrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered gifts for nurses’s week in mid April. Nothing on their site said anything about backorder or delayed delivery. I called early May to see when they would be delivered and was told then that they were back ordered and it could be June before deliver. Nurses’ week is early May so I cancelled my order and bought alternative Nurses’s gifts from another company, and was promised a refund of my $291.92 in 7-10 days. Today is July 7 and still no money refunded. I have emailed with no response. I have called numerous times and mostly get voice mail, which i never get a reply back, but when I do it’s always an apology, then excuse, the promise to refund within 7-10 days. Here it is 3 months later and no $291.92 and they happily keep my money and refuse to talk to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you’re willing to throw your money away never to see your money or any product again!!!!
